Very nice cottage lushly located on the hill with a lush garden. In the cottage you will find here a small kitchen with dishwasher and induction stove with convection oven, living room with dining area, cozy fireplace, sofa and TV. Separate bedroom with double bed (180) and a family bunk bed (120 + 80) in the living room but separately located on the right at the entrance. Patio under roof and without roof with perfect sun position day and night and view of the garden. In the separate shed there is a shower, sink and toilet.

The plot is accessible from two directions and thus offers several parking spaces.
