Other sights and excursion destinations are Bosarpsjön, Hammarsjön, Ringsjön, Skåne Djurpark, Fulltofta Nature Center and Kristianstad Golf Club. At Vaxsjön there is also the option of renting a boat for a small fee. Along the coast towards Österlen you also have Kiviks Musteri, Stenshuvud, Karl Fredrik at Eklaholm and much, much more.

From Nogersund there are boat trips out to Hanö, which is a real pearl of the archipelago! In Nogersund is Sweden's largest fishing port, but they have still managed to maintain the genuine atmosphere, with the harbor tavern Skutan facing the sparkling water and the fishing boats. The village has old traditions and parts of the 19th century buildings are still there.
