


Welcome to a newly renovated turn-of-the-century house out of the ordinary, where you have your own plot of land and scenic surroundings in Bellö, Småland.
Here you can really enjoy the peace and the view of the lake. In the large garden with roses and perennials there is a nice terrace with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. Down by the lake you can enjoy a refreshing swim, there is also outdoor furniture here. You have a beautiful glazed veranda with a lovely view of the lake.
The house's kitchen with a beautiful dining area is a feast for the eyes, here you can prepare fine meals. Dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, induction hob and wood stove are available. The living room has a comfortable sofa group and an armchair where you can enjoy in front of a fire in the tiled stove or in front of the large screen with Apple TV and Chromecast (no fixed channels).
In addition to your own sandy beach, you have two larger swimming areas in the immediate area. You have about 600m to the municipal swimming area with beach, here there is a jetty, swimming raft, playground, fireplace and the "Sun Kiosk" which is open when the weather is nice.
The deposit must be paid to the owner before check-in.
Charging of electric/hybrid cars is not permitted at the cottage.
The cottage is not rented out to youth groups.
It is not permitted to charge electric cars/hybrid cars at the cabin. Smoking and pets are prohibited.
Bed linen can be rented for SEK 200 per set. Towels, including one small and one large towel, can be rented for an additional SEK 100 per set.
Feel free to take beneficial walks in beautiful forest and nature. A visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby is usually popular with children. You can also visit Astrid Lindgren's childhood home Näs, Emil's Katthult and Bullerbyn. In Mariannelund is the film village where filming environments from classic films by Astrid Lindgren can be experienced. In the moose park in Skullaryd, you can go on a tractor safari, experience and feed moose and deer in their natural environment. Eksjö with Sweden's best preserved wooden town is well worth a visit.
