Summer house located in Bläsinge/Löttorp on the eastern coast of Norra Öland with a magical view of the Öland landscape and fields. Here you have the chance to enjoy the rural tranquility of Öland and still have the proximity to the sea with a variety of wonderful undulating, white sandy beaches. The nearest bathing beach Högby lighthouse is 3 km away. You also have Sandvik, which is a fantastically beautiful beach. Popular Böda Sand is only 13km away. In Byxelkrok you can enjoy strolling down by the boathouses in the harbor or enjoy a good meal at one of the many restaurants. You only have 8 km to the popular restaurant Lammet och Grisen. The Öland trail runs outside the house for those who want to discover Öland by bike.
The house has a large garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. In the living room there is dining furniture and a sitting area with a sofa that can be used as a sofa bed if needed. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds.
The house is on the same plot as another house, but when you rent the house, the house owners are not there, which means that you have the garden yourself.
No camping allowed on the grounds, no charging electric cars and pets are not welcome.
