4 star holiday home in Skummeslövsstrand
A pleasant and well-maintained holiday home in an excellent location in Mellbystrand. Within walking distance is Sweden's longest swimming beach, shallow and child-friendly. The cottage is located on a corner plot by a large communal area with, among other things, playground, soccer field, boules court and lovely green areas.
In the cottage there are three bedrooms, one with a 120cm bed, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. The living room has a comfortable sofa and TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped and modern and has a spacious dining area. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. There is free wifi in the house.
At a convenient distance is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel and its small shops and restaurants. In the northern part is Hökafältet, a valued nature reserve with several exercise loops and walking paths. To the south, the development turns into Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. Just south of you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. There are excellent cycling routes to the north and south.
To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. Lagan has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required). For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the area. The nearest is Laholms Gk.
