Welcome to this charming holiday home in Källsby, only 450 meters from the shimmering sea at Källsnäs bathing area.
At the cottage you are greeted by an idyllic setting with a hilly plot surrounded by forest - perfect for mushroom picking and berry adventures!
Enter through the hall and to the right you will find a spacious bathroom with toilet and sink. The brightly decorated kitchen offers a stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave fridge freezer and a wonderful stone oven so take the opportunity to make your own homemade pizza. From the kitchen, patio doors lead out to the sunny terrace, where you can enjoy the first cup of coffee in the morning or the evening's grilled meal.
On the same floor you will find two cozy bedrooms: one with a 90cm bunk bed and the other with a 180cm double bed. In the living room you can enjoy the comfort of a comfortable sofa, TV and an atmospheric wood stove. There is an upper floor that is under renovation and therefore not available.
Adjacent to the main building is the guest cottage with a large, newly renovated bathroom complete with shower, bathtub and a refreshing sauna.
There is also a charming room with two single beds 90 cm high in the ceiling and patio doors that offer a fantastic view - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peace.
With only 1.7 km you can visit Jörlanda's bakery, which is open Tue-Sat 9am-6pm.
With a distance of only 12 km you reach Stenungsund and its charming square, which not only offers an abundance of shopping opportunities with its 60 or so shops, but also a host of other amenities and services. During the summer months, the square is filled with life and movement as several events and activities are arranged.
For the adventurous, the area around Stenungsund offers a variety of exciting excursion destinations. Take a trip to the charming archipelago communities on Tjörn and Orust, where picturesque fishing villages and beautiful nature experiences await. A little to the south lies the iconic island of Marstrand, known as the west coast's sailing metropolis. Here you can experience historic buildings, royal splendor and a teeming folk life that characterizes the island's atmosphere.
For those looking for even more nature experiences, Svartedalen's beautiful nature reserve is within easy reach. Here you can explore vast lakes, hiking trails and excellent fishing waters - a peaceful oasis where the beauty of nature really takes its place.
