Nearby there are shallow sandy beaches, nice hiking and cycling trails and good opportunities for fishing. At Holsljunga Camping & Café you can rent a rowing boat, kayak, SUP or bicycles during the season and discover the lake and the surroundings at your own pace.

The forests here are rich in both berries and mushrooms – from blueberries and lingonberries to chanterelles and funnel chanterelles. And if you get the urge for ice cream, coffee or a simple summer lunch, Holsljunga Camping & Café is just a short distance away. For those who enjoy shopping, Sweden's largest department store, Ge-Kås in Ullared, is also about 30 minutes away by car.
