The house is a semi-detached house, but the terraces are completely separate from each other. The owner lends two bicycles, it is about 5 km to the shop which is also a delivery point for pharmacies and system companies. There is a restaurant 4 km from the house. To get here, park in Stavsnäs on the mainland and take the archipelago boat to Långvik, a trip of about 20 minutes. There will be a cart that says Stugsommar on it that you can use to pull your luggage. From there, you walk on nice gravel roads about 1 km. There is a taxi on the island that you can book to go to the shop or restaurant if you don't want to cycle or walk. There are plenty of hiking trails on the island and abundant mushroom forests. If you want to go to Sandhamn which is further out in the archipelago, you take the boat from Långvik that goes there and back.
