The villa is completely and comfortably furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you will find an open kitchen and a double sofa bed in addition to the living room with a smart TV and a Playstation 4. bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-person setup. There is a bathroom with a shower and a nice infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. There also is a third bathroom with a shower or bathtub. There is a second separate toilet on the landing. The villa has a handcart, changing table, one baby cot and a stair gate upstairs. There is room for a baby cot in the two upstairs bedrooms. The picture is completed by a washing machine and dryer in the storage room.

You reach the enclosed garden on the water's edge through the patio doors with a terrace and garden furniture. There are also two sun loungers. You will find a private jetty with a rowing boat near the water, fun for young and old! There is parking for two cars at the villa.
