The living area features 2 sofas, TV-sat and DVD player. Right behind you find the dining table and the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic top, oven and all you need to cook during your vacation. If you continue along you reach a second living area with several sofas and armchairs becoming the perfect place to enjoy a good moment with your loved ones. Please note that both fireplaces are merely decorative. The house has two bathrooms, one with a tub on the main floor and the other with a shower upstairs. Then, there are 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with twin beds. All of them are located on the top floor and are air-conditioned. Three of them also offer a closet and two have exit to a terrace. A baby cot and a high chair are available. The laundry room is independent and it comes with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The location of this property is ideal as it is on the outskirts, so peaceful, but only 900 metres away from the ancient town centre of Pollensa at the same time. Here you have all services for a nice stay like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. If you like the mountain, this also is the perfect place as the town is at the beginning of the mountain range and lots of hiking and biking excursions are waiting for you. The beach also is really near and you can go to Puerto de Pollensa, about 7 km away, or to the golf course of Pollensa, only 3 km away. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
