The outdoor area features a swimming pool, terraces, and laundry facilities. Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and linens. Note: Pets are allowed only on request. Please consult the owner in advance regarding availability, the number of pets permitted, and the applicable fee, which may vary based on the type and size of the pet(s). To ensure a safe stay, guests must follow these essential rules. Due to dry island conditions, conserve water and exercise extreme caution with fire, using only charcoal for barbecues. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 09:00 (under 45 decibels), parties are forbidden, and guests are liable for any property damage or police fines. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please note the penalty fees: €150 for lost keys, €50 per makeup-stained towel, €50 for dirty dishes, and €100 for leftover garbage. Lastly, unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 a.m. incur a €100 to €250 charge, and uncollected pet waste will result in extra cleaning deductions from the deposit.
