Inside, the house boasts an exquisite style, with authentic features but without sacrificing modern comforts such as a Smart TV. The living room with a large dining area is our guests' favourite place to eat together. In addition, there is a second smaller room with air conditioning and a wood-burning stove for more intimate moments. Cooks will enjoy preparing their signature dishes in the fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob. Next to the kitchen is the fully equipped laundry room, including a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two double beds, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, wardrobe and access to the terrace. A toilet serves the ground floor. A staircase leads to the first floor where there are four more bedrooms. One offers a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, while the other 3 have two single beds. The bedrooms are well equipped, offering air conditioning, wardrobe and access to a terrace. On request, we can provide up to two cots and a high chair. On the first floor, apart from the en-suite bathroom, there is another bathroom with bathtub and bidet. Whether you are looking for beach or sport, in this house you can have both, as in less than 15 minutes by car you can reach both the Son Antem golf course and the lively beach of S'Arenal or the quiet Cala Blava. On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays you can visit the Llucmajor market and buy regional products. The island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is only 20 km away and is famous for La Seu Cathedral, Parc de la Mar and the picturesque old town.
