There are 4 dormitories with A/C, of which two of them feature two single beds and wardrobe, while another one has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and cot/high chair and, finally, the fourth one has a bunk bed. All four have fan (3 of them are ceiling ones). There are two more bathroom with shower at the house as well. The accommodation is located in the coastal urbanisation known as Sa Coma, at only 600 meters from the beach in addition to offer a whole range of services in its surroundings as, for instance, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, leisure, etc. The golf course of Son Servera is also in the nearby, at 9.6 km.
