A short distance away are beautiful nature reserves such as De Zegge, the Olens Broek, the Snepkensvijver, the Zwart Water and the Peerdsbos. The accommodation is therefore an ideal base for walkers and cyclists. Kayaking on the Nete is also possible. Herentals itself houses the beautiful Sint-Waldetrudis church, a charming beguinage, the beautiful Lakenhal and Kasteel Le Paige. You can admire art in Art Center Hugo Voeten, also described as the Tate on the Kempen Canal.
