De woning was goed verwarmd bij aankomst. Alle radiatoren stonden aan. Met 1 of 2 radiatoren kon de woning prettig warm blijven, maar we gingen vaak weg en zetten alles uit. Helaas de houtkachel niet gebruikt, want er was geen vooraan hout in de schuur. Was geen probleem. Er was de eerste dagen een vieze lucht in de keuken. Blijkbaar was er iets bedorven geweest en voor onze aankomst verwijderd.
