Goed gelukte renovatie met veel nieuwe onderdelen zoals keuken, badkamer, deel van het meubilair en de bedden, Het is een ruim huis en de foto's komen overeen met de werkelijkheid, / De verwarming (radiatoren in het huis en vloerverwarming in het achterdeel) en het warme water werkt volledig op een warmtepomp,
