Such as the village of Najac, with its royal fortress high atop a rocky ridge, (approx. 54 kilometres) which features one of the best vantage points over the valley of Aveyron. Beyond this medieval village, Belcastel (approx. 6 kilometres) with its picturesque heritage and charm is also worth a visit!
