The vast beach of Valras is about 400 m from the residence; this is a seaside resort that is alive all year round. The centre of Valras-Plage can be reached within ten minutes (3 km).

The family seaside resort of Valras-Plage is located by the estuary of the Orb, approx. 7 km from Vendres Plage. It features a rare, slightly sloping sandy beach with a wide range of water sports. This 'Côte Narbonnaise' is known as a good surfing area. The coastal area of the Languedoc is both a paradise for water sports enthusiasts and the ideal holiday destination for those who love sun, sea and beach. Possibilities for nice trips are the popular town with its nice streets Sérignan (approx. 8 km) and the Canal du Midi (approx. 10 km). The latter is the oldest canal in Europe and can be explored by bike, on foot or by boat. Following this winding canal, you will come across towns such as Narbonne (30 km) and Medieval Carcassonne (about 90 km); in the end, you will reach Lake Thau, near Sète (or "petite Venise", about 60 km) . Don't miss an oyster tasting in this breeding ground for oysters and shells! Other recommendations are Béziers (15 km) with its basilica, Pézenas (35 km), impressive Montpellier (approx. 80 km) or Perpignan (approx. 90 km) with its typical warm Catalan atmosphere.

This comfortable maisonette is located in Résidence La Dune. It is located at 3 km from the centre of Valras-Plage and only 400 m from the vast sandy beach of Valras-Plage.

The maisonette features a furnished living room with air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and an electric coffee machine. The maisonette has three bedrooms (two with a 2-pers. bed and one with bunk beds or three 1-pers. beds), two bathrooms with shower and WC (separate). Several rooms are located on the first floor.

The maisonette features a terrace/garden with seating. The gardens of the maisonettes have artificial grass, young plants and wooden fences that provide privacy. There is a parking space reserved for your car in the central car park.
