Modern holiday home with private pool and big garden

Villa Mar'inda is located on a large flat plot of 3000 m² with a natural garden of green oaks all around. The ideal playground for the children. You enter the site through a large wrought iron entrance gate. There is plenty of parking space.

The cozy swimming pool area at the villa immediately catches the eye. In addition to a cozy lounge area with outdoor furniture, there is also a covered terrace for dining together and sun loungers around the pool. Buddha statues provide the Eastern accent. The pool itself is 7 by 4 meters and has a depth of 1.5 meters. The water is heated during spring and autumn.

There is a ping-pong table for enthusiasts and a newly constructed jeu de boules court. If you enjoy water sports, 2 stand up paddle boards (SUPs) are available.

We enter the villa via the covered terrace. An entrance hall takes us to the first bedroom, which opens back onto the terrace through French doors. The room is practically furnished with a double bed and cupboard space. A second bedroom overlooks the rear of the house, with a beautiful view of the greenery. Here too there is a double bed and cupboard. There is a shared bathroom for both bedrooms consisting of a spacious walk-in shower and 2 built-in sinks. In the entrance hall there is also a separate toilet.

We walk through to the modern living room, in an open space with the kitchen and with sliding doors to the covered terrace. The space is clearly characterized by colorful wall paintings. There is a comfortable corner sofa with TV and a round table for 6 people. A bar area next to the kitchen ensures that you never have to be alone in the kitchen during your holiday. Having a drink together while cooking is much more pleasant.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessities, including a fridge, freezer, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and all kinds of small electrical appliances. Everything to incorporate tasty local ingredients into a delicious meal. The kitchen opens onto a second terrace at the back of the house, also equipped with tables and chairs and a plancha.

Adjacent to the living room, on the right of the house, there is a night area consisting of a spacious master bedroom with double bed and an annex bathroom. The bedroom opens onto the front of the house, back with sliding doors. The bathroom with large walk-in shower and double sink in turn opens onto a separate jacuzzi room at the rear. During the warm months, all sliding windows can be opened here, allowing you to sit in the greenery of the outdoor environment while taking a dip in the jacuzzi. There is a separate toilet here.

Switching on the swimming pool heating is always done on request and is only possible outside the summer months. During the months of July and August, the water itself has a wonderful temperature.
