In addition to the three farmhouses, the 7-hectare property includes a late nineteenth-century villa, where the owners live permanently, and another nineteenth-century villa with two apartments. There is also a large vegetable garden.

The location is ideal for exploring the villages of Cinque Terre, hiking through the maquis or taking a detour to Tuscany.
