This lovely country house in Italy features a beautiful swimming pool and gym. This accommodation in Cupramontana consists of 2 apartments on the ground floor and 1 apartment on the first floor. There are 2 other apartments for rent in the same building and the garden, swimming pool and gym are for common use. The accommodation is ideal for sun holidays with the family or with befriended families.
The house is located a few metres from the centre of Cupramontana, which can be reached on foot. You will find nice shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants for a delicious, Italian dinner.
The country house has a large enclosed garden with a gazebo, a swimming pool, sun beds, a fitness trail and stunning views of the surrounding hills. The 3 flats have a bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine. You can prepare a meal of your choice in the fully equipped kitchens. Mosquito nets and fans are also provided.
It is possible to check-in from 16:00 to 19:00. From 20:00 to 22:00 with a supplement of € 20. Check-in is no longer possible after 22:00. The swimming pool is open from May 15th to September 30th.

De eigeners kwam ongevraagd binnen om met haar familie te zwemmen. De persoon dat het onderhoud kwam ook op de onmogelijkste tijdstippen binnen. Ook was er ons verteld dat we het verblijf voor ons alleen gingen hebben omdat wij met een aantal gezinnen zijn. Dit was ook gelogen
