The small town of Floridia is located about twelve kilometers from Syracuse and is characterized by its picturesque Mediterranean landscape. Shops, bars and restaurants in the town can be reached in about two minutes by car. The beautiful sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and the rocky coast are less than 20 kilometers away.

Activities nearby: The unique city of Syracuse is just a short drive from your vacation home. Even in ancient times, the city was considered a powerful and cultural center of the Greeks. Even today, there are many testimonies of the long history of this special city, especially on the 40-hectare island of Ortygia, the heart of the old town. How about a day trip to the nature reserve of Vendicari, about 40 kilometers away, a mixture of lagoons, sand dunes, rocky coasts and sandy beaches. Here you can discover a variety of flora and fauna. You can also visit the baroque town of Noto, which was almost completely destroyed by an earthquake in the 17th century and then completely rebuilt.
