The Baita is located in the San Rocco district, just 30 m from the Amerikan ski elevator and 150 m from the Carousel 3000 gondola. The apartment is ideal for winter sports and nature lovers.
In the immediate vicinity you will find bars, supermarkets, butchers, restaurants and entertainment venues. The free ski bus stops in front of the house with the blue, red and yellow lines. In the center of Livigno you can immerse yourself in the luxury atmosphere with designer shops. You can also enjoy a leisurely walk on the hiking trails next to the bike path here.

Die Organisiation vor Ort ist super und sehr urlaubs-entspannend. Wir konnten uns jederzeit an die Agentur wenden Skipässe waren dort ebenfalls erhältlich, sodass wir mit dem Skifahren sofort beginnen konnten. Das Haus liegt günstig in der Nähe vom Carussello. "Übungshänge" für die Kinder sind in erreichbarer Nähe. Das Haus beinhaltet einige Wohnungen (etwas hellhörig) und einen Skiraum zur Trocknung der Stiefel und Skier - echt super. Die Betten/Zimmeraufteilung ist gut, für 6 Pers. in Ordnung. Alles in allem ein gelungener Ski-Urlaub und - gerne wieder.
