WLAN ist in der Anlage eine Katastrophe! Es war auch außerhalb der Unterkunft nicht möglich, Absolutes NoGo! Das Führungspersonal vor Ort ist ungeheuer freundlich und hilft sofort, Wir hatten z,B, keinen deutschsprachigen Fernsehsender, Das war uns laut Website TUI zugesichert, Ein Techniker hat noch am ersten Tag das behoben, Klimaanlage war zugesichert in einer behindertengerechten Unterkunft,,,Klimaanlage nicht vorhanden, Wurde aber auch am ersten Tag mit einem mobilen Klimagerät Abhilfe geschaffen, Die schnelle Hilfe vor Ort und die Freundlichkeit der Administration verhinderten ein vorzeitige Heimreise!!
