Sehr schönes Haus, super sauber, alles da was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin Laura war immer ansprechbar, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ausreichend Platz für 2 Familien + Hund. Pool war prima, Pizzaofen im Außenbereich super, ausreichend Holz war ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Ort gibt es alles was man braucht - Restaurants, Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Laura hilft bei der Vermittlung falls ein Laden mal geschlossen haben sollte. Wunderbar zum Abschalten und Entspannen, auch Dank der tollen Gastgeberin.

Umgebung ruhig und für Spaziergängen super. Täglich wurde Müll entsorgt, nach dem rechten gesehen und nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt. Laura war wirklich sehr fürsorglich und hat uns auch Ausflugsziele empfohlen, welchen wir sehr gern nachgekommen sind. Das Haus liegt etwas erhöht, ist aber super zu erreichen. Der Pool ist sauber und schön groß. Genug Liegen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Drum und dran eine super Urlaubs Unterkunft für Familien, Freunde und auch Haustiere. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und ihr hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

On arrival we received a very warm welcome with a nice treat. It is a beautiful and very neat accommodation in a peaceful location. You have a beautiful view over the valley and the surrounding mountains. At the pool there are enough chairs, 2 umbrellas and a shower. Around the house you can always find a place in the shade. The existing pizza oven and BBQ take care of the rest. An ideal holiday home for us.

Das Haus liegt oberhalb des schönen kleinen Ortes Sestino genau an der Grenze Marken/Toskana. Auf ca. 550m Höhe hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick ins Tal und das umliegende Gebirge. Die Vermieterin Laura ist sehr nett, sie ist immer erreichbar und täglich vor Ort. Das Haus ist in einem tollen Zustand (wurde erst vor 3 - 4 Jahren komplett renoviert) und die Ausstattung, vor allem der großen Küche, ist perfekt. Das Haus ist auf 3 Etagen aufgeteilt, die miteinander nicht verbunden sind. EG Küche, Wohnzimmer und Bad. 1.OG 1 Schlafzimmer, Bad und 1 großer Raum mit Küchenzeile. 2. OG 2 Schlafzimmer und Bad. Der schöne Pool liegt ein paar Meter oberhalb des Hauses. Am Pool gibt es eine Dusche, 2 Sonnenschirme und mehrere gute Sonnenliegen. Man findet immer einen Platz im Schatten, rund um das Haus.
