The house is located on a spacious plot with an enclosed garden and has a spacious and sunny south-facing terrace with comfortable patio furniture and two sun loungers, where you can enjoy a day on the water in the evening. The spacious driveway can accommodate up to four cars.

The entrance of the house provides access to four bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom (24 m2), with shower and sink and a 2nd master bedroom of approximately 18m2. There is a second, separate bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. There is a separate guest toilet in the hall. From the hall you also have access to the attractive and modern living room with a flat screen TV (digital) and a fireplace. Rain or shine, here you can always enjoy your holiday in an atmosphere.
