Podamirowo is a small, quiet summer resort, located directly on the shore of Lake Jamno. It is a shallow, coastal lake, separated from the Baltic Sea only by a narrow spit. It is perfect for lovers of windsurfing and fishing. It is only 6 km from Podamirów to the nearest seaside resort (Mielno). This road can also be covered comfortably by bike, because a safe bicycle trail leads to Mielno itself. Podamirowo is also, one could say, the suburbs of Koszalin, a large city, the capital of the province, with a rich gastronomic and cultural offer.
A comfortable terraced house with two floors and a private garden. There is an additional storey (turret), in which there is an additional, charming bedroom with a panoramic view on all sides of the world. The house has a terrace with a set of garden furniture and a grill, but also a separate, private part of the garden (there are deckchairs). The rest of the area is at the disposal of the owner of the object, who lives in the house next door. On the ground floor of the house there is a dining room connected to a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen. On the first floor there is a living room with a TV and a double sofa bed. From the living room there is an exit to 2 independent bedrooms. One of them is closed with a wide sliding door, which can be opened completely during the day and enlarge the space of the living room. This bedroom has a single bed and a sofa bed (for 2 people, but rather children and teenagers - width 140 cm, length 180 cm). The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Already from the first floor, there is an exceptionally beautiful, panoramic view of Lake Jamno, but the most beautiful views can be admired from the turret - mezzanine, which is accessible via quite steep stairs. There is another fold-out sofa (also 140 x m x 180 cm). Central heating. Wireless internet is available.
On the property there is a lot of space for sunbathing and various children's games. There is a fire pit and secure parking. Only 100 m to the lake, and there is a private pier with a rowing boat (it is possible to mount a combustion engine). There is also a recreational raft, which you can sail a little from the shore, where there are a lot of reeds, and moor in the open water, relaxing in the sun.
The price of the stay includes: bed linen, electricity and water consumption, heating, final cleaning, tourist tax, internet, parking, baby cot.
Attractions in the area:
Lake Jamno offers a lot to lovers of fishing and windsurfing. The nearby resort of Mielno invites you for sea bathing, where there is a full gastronomic infrastructure. Larger grocery stores are also waiting here.
It is about 8 km from here to the big city of Koszalin. You can also cover this distance comfortably by bike. In Koszalin there is an attractive Aqua Park, several shopping malls and many interesting restaurants. Regardless of whether you are interested in culture or nature, going for long shopping trips or just out of curiosity, this second largest city in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship has a lot to offer: the forest complex around Gollenberg (Chełmska Mountain), the tourist route of the old towns, medieval city walls, the castle church and many other sights.
If you choose to go to Mielno by bike (approx. 5 km), you can extend the trip by following the international R-10 bicycle route to the east or west, visiting neighboring towns along the Baltic coast. Something new and interesting in each.
