Holiday home with sauna, Ustronie Morskie

The comfortable holiday home has an excellent location, just 70 m from the seaside beach, in the very center of the resort. The house has a fenced area (1000 m2) for the private use of guests, with parking for 3 cars and a well-kept garden. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops around, within easy reach. Only 50 m to a larger store with a rich assortment.
Beautifully furnished, stylish holiday home (living area 150 m2) has 3 floors. It is adapted for comfortable rest of 8 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious and elegant living room with satellite TV and a set of lounge furniture. From the living room there is a direct exit to the covered terrace and further to the well-kept garden with a decorative pond. On the ground floor there is also a dining room with a large table and chairs and a very well equipped kitchen. There is an additional, smaller table in the kitchen. On this floor there is also a 3-person sauna, shower and toilet. The ground floor of the house is equipped with air conditioning. On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms (one of them has a balcony and satellite TV) and an exceptionally spacious bathroom with a shower (there is a washing machine). Steep stairs lead to the attic, where the hosts have arranged another atmospheric bedroom, enlarged by a seating area with a sofa and TV-Sat.
Guests have at their disposal WiFi internet and barbecue facilities. There is a secure car park (extra charge) within the fenced property.
4 bicycles can be rented at an additional cost.
The owner of the facility lives on the neighboring property and rents out holiday rooms there. There is a small playground next to his house, which can also be used by guests of the house.
The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, water and electricity consumption (with a limit of 20 kWh/day), heating, air conditioning, WiFi internet, internet, baby cot and high chair.
Ustronie Morskie is located in West Pomerania, 10 km east of Kołobrzeg. A sandy, clean beach, a walking pier, a seaside climate, a picturesque cliff are the advantages of this resort. Ustronie Morskie is a well-known and popular holiday resort on the Polish coast - many cultural and sports events are organized here. Active people, in addition to sunbathing and sea bathing, can take advantage of hiking and biking trips, horse riding and scenic flights. The water in this region is one of the cleanest on the Polish Baltic coast, and safety is ensured by qualified lifeguards equipped with specialized equipment.
Attractions in the area: fishing harbor and colorful fishing boats standing on the beach. There are two walking piers in Ustronie Morskie. Enthusiasts of swimming in the pool are invited to the local Aquapark Helios (indoor swimming pool, outdoor pool, hydro massages, whirlpool). The sports complex also has a bowling alley, tennis courts and sports fields. The aquapark is approx. 700 m from the resort.
In Ustronie Morskie, Skansen Bread is worth visiting, where you can try bread baked according to ancient, natural recipes. The bread is baked in a 120-year-old bread oven. You can also see historic objects that are closely related to the process of baking bread (old querns, churns, slicers, dochówka, etc.).
Ustronie Morskie is crossed by the international R-10 bicycle route, which allows you to easily and pleasantly cycle to Kołobrzeg, which is about 10 km away (a city with many monuments, a lighthouse, a long walking pier, and a promenade). On the way, you pass Sianożęty - a small summer resort. Going in the opposite direction (east) you can visit Gąski (the lighthouse), Sarbinowo and even Mielno located on the spit between the Baltic Sea and Lake Jamno.
