This Villa is about 450 meters from the Beach, in Playa Granada, Motril and very close to Restaurants, Beach Bars and Leisure areas.
There is a fireplace in the living room where you can relax and unwind. Close the day in the hanging terrace with a drink of your choice. Enjoy the refreshing dip in the private swimming pool or spend relaxing time in the furnished garden. The heating and air conditioning are in place to keep the house warm and cool respectively.
