The house is located in a quiet street 200 metres from the square. The modern interior is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a beautiful living room with Smart TV, air conditioning and a wood-burning stove, open to the dining kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob. The laundry room offers a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom with TV, air conditioning and a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate study. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a TV. Both also feature en-suite bathrooms with shower, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. The house is located in a very quiet village with public transport connections, a couple of bars and a pharmacy. For the rest of the basic services such as restaurants and supermarkets you will have to go to Montuïri (6km) or Algaida (4 km). The nearest beach is Arenal or es Trenc but you can drive to any of the beautiful beaches of the island. If you fancy a game of golf the nearest golf course is 16.8 km away, Golf Son Gual. There is a garage with space for one car which communicates with the courtyard of the house. Very suitable for bicycles.
