The diversity of greenery around the exterior area of this beautiful house, transforms all corners into the perfect places to relax and enjoy the atmosphere and the views over nature while swimming in the pool or sunbathing on any of the 6 sun loungers or right on the lawn. This is a chlorine pool that sizes 9 x 4.5 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres. It is possible to set a children safety fence around it. There also is an exterior shower in case you want to cool down quickly before cooking a succulent barbecue that you can enjoy at the terrace. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.
Inside, the house is quite simple and comfy, highlighting the beautiful Mallorcan style that makes it really special. When you enter you will find a living dining - room -with TV Sat and air-conditioning- that leads to the kitchen. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, etc, and the washing machine, iron and ironing board also are right here. The house features three bedrooms to rest, all of the with air-conditioning and a closet. Two of them have twin beds and exit to a balcony with pool views. The last bedroom has a double bed and space for a baby cot. Finally, the accommodation offers two bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a tub.
Can Picafort is a quiet but, at the same time, lively coastal area where specially the summer becomes the perfect season to enjoy the beach which is only 1.6 km from the property. The town offers a wonderful promenade to enjoy long walks by the sea, beach bars and restaurants and more. The beach is extensive and ideal to practice water sports. We highly recommend a visit to the Natural Park of s'Albufera as well as enjoying a delicious paella at any restaurant by the shore. An even livelier place is Puerto de Alcudia not far a way and the place to enjoy night life. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
