When you return from the beach, there is nothing like a relaxing bath in the water salt pool that measures 10 x 5 meters and has a depth of 0.3 to 1.8 meters. There are 8 sun loungers and a terrace area where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. In this accommodation you can enjoy total privacy.
The house has two floors decorated with exquisite taste. The great living room offers Smart TV and AC. The kitchen-dining room is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In this house there are 3 bedrooms. Two of them are on the ground floor, one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with twin beds. There is another bathroom with shower on this floor. On the first floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have AC. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.
The villa is located on the outskirts of Llucmajor, in a residential area. To access the farm you will have to travel the last 200 m through an unpaved road. The town offers all the necessary services for an independent stay. The closest beach is El Arenal with a great summer atmosphere, but not far away you will also find dream beaches in the beautiful south of the island such as Es Trenc and Cala Pi. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 27 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 4 cars.
