Het appartement behoort tot een groep van 7 appartementen. No 7 is het hoogt gelegen en vanaf het balkon heb je een mooi uitzicht. Het interieur is enigszins gedateerd en de banken en stoelen van kunstleer konden ons niet echt bekoren. Het keukeninventaris is zeer summier en bijvoorbeeld een waterkoker en magnetron ontbreken. De tegels in de badkamer waren gedeeltelijk gebarsten en lieten hier en daar los. Het is een leuk appartement maar een opfrisbeurt is wel gewenst. Erg te spreken zijn wij over de indeling. Een gezellige woonkamer en slaapkamer behoudens het interieur. Het appartement is erg geschikt om daarvanuit tochten te ondernemen. Het is echter niet vlakbij een strand gelegen, dus voor echte strandgangers minder geschikt. Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad, veel gewandeld, plaatsen bezocht etc. Een auto is wel noodzakelijk, want wij zouden niet weten wat wij daar zonder zouden moeten doen. Het appartement ligt in een wat minder toeristisch gedeelte van Tenerife, maar dat vonden wij prima.
