Residence de Eese is located in a forested area in Northwest Overijssel, a stone's throw from Drenthe and Friesland, and borders the De Woldberg and De Eese forest complex. In addition to chalets, the holiday park offers a charming campground. The park was originally an old estate, which can still be seen in the old stands of beech trees. The forest pond on the property was dug 140 years ago. The ground that was excavated then is characteristic of the entire area, hence the name The Hump. In the region you will find the conservation areas of De Weerribben, De Wieden and the Dwingelerveld, the forests around Vledder and Appelscha, dolmen-rich Havelte, picturesque Giethoorn and the old towns of Steenwijk, Vollenhove, Blokzijl and Zwartsluis. But you can experience everything in the park. There is a wonderful open air swimming pool and various playgrounds. The charming restaurant with bar makes the picture complete.
