Estimado huésped, lamentamos su disgusto con las condiciones de la vivienda y atendemos sus opiniones con la intención de mejorar y solucionar cada una de sus quejas. Dice que no había agua caliente, entendemos que por una avería o por desconocimiento de cómo funcionaba el calentador. Hemos cambiado el calentador en 2022 y ahora es nuevo. Respecto de la ubicación de la casa, en el anuncio aparece en el mapa, por lo que no entendemos la queja si se conoce de antemano. En cualquier caso, no está en nuestra mano cambiar este aspecto. También, se ha cambiado la empresa de limpieza para mejorar este servicio. Se han cambiado varios muebles (TV, sofa, electrodomésticos…). Tampoco entendemos la queja respecto de las fotos, ya que no las hacemos nosotros sino Belvilla y no cabe duda de que reflejan la casa tal y como es. Atentamente.
