This is a pleasant apartment, close to transport to Melbourne's CBD and we have no complaints about our stay. There were however a number of irregularities in the booking process which was made using the stayz.com.au platform. For unexplained reasons, the booking did not appear in my account on the stayz.com.au platform. Payment went direct to Belvilla, which is not the usual process on the Stayz platform. The cancellation policy stated on stayz.com.au was not the same as that described in the guest portal. Because the booking did not appear on the platform on which I made the booking, I was unable to manage it or report any issues on that platform.
