1. Home cinema projector is broken and does not work (the primary reason I booked this property) 2. Smart TV’s are 9 years old and have difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi, which removes all access to smart features, such as streaming apps. 3. The home wifi is 25mbps speed, which is nowhere near fast enough for a house this large suited for 10 guests. 4. The air condition panel is very difficult to use and does not keep the house at a comfortable temperature.
