This modern apartment complex with 13 stylish units is just a short walk from the center of St. Margarethen. The newly renovated apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) and was completely modernized in 2023 – featuring new flooring, a new kitchen, and a spacious, tastefully designed layout. Ideal for winter sports enthusiasts: The lift to the Aineck/Katschberg ski area, as well as the ski school and ski rental shop, are practically on your doorstep. In summer, the region also offers numerous hiking and biking trails, as well as the idyllic mountain lakes of the Lungau Nature Park, which can be reached in about 30 minutes. The apartment includes a covered parking space in the underground garage. Additionally, up to three free outdoor parking spaces are available directly in front of the building, subject to availability and prior reservation. The bright living room features a cozy wood-burning stove, TV, and a dining area.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and oven. A special highlight is the furnished rooftop terrace with breathtaking views and unobstructed vistas. Practical ski boot warmers are available in the ski storage room.

Prima locatie en het appartement (bovenste) waar we verbleven was echt ruim en netjes. Ook het balkon (een grote en een kleine) was heerlijk voor de prachtige uitzichten!

Sankt Margarethen im Lungau is a very pleasant place to go for skiing with your family. Not too small, not too big a place (resort or the village). The apartment was placed well, short walking distance to the lifts or the shop. The place was great, three good sized bedrooms ideally for 6 people. No noise, warm as you make it. Internet was reliable and fast. The kitchen had all we really needed. Overall very good value for our money and we can only recommend a stay for anyone like us, family of 6.

We zijn zeer goed ontvangen. Mevrouw deed nergens moeilijk over en zeer meegaand. Omgeving is prachtig en het appartement was perfect.
