Spacious Villa in Zell am See near Ski Area

Wir waren als Gruppe mit Erwachsenen und Kindern/Jugendlichen im Haus Bergfried zum Skifahren. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Insbesondere im Wohnbereich im EG ist die Aufenthaltsqualität hoch. Der Skibus hält direkt vor der Haustür und bringt einen in 10 Minuten zur Talstation "CityXpress" in Zell am See, fährt aber leider nicht so oft. Maximal alle 30 Min, normal stündlich. Zwei kleine Wermutstropfen gab es im Haus: Das Bad im obersten Stockwerk hatte (angesichts der Stockflecken an der Decke im Bad direkt darunter im 1. OG) schon länger einen Wasserschaden. Es tropfte tatsächlich im 1. OG von der Decke, wenn man die Dusche dort oben benutzt hat. Der zweite Kritikpunkt: Die gebuchte Endreinigung wird wohl eher oberflächlich gemacht, insbesondere die Sauberkeit in den Schränken in der Küche im EG ließ stark zu wünschen übrig.

We were a group with adults and children / adolescents in the Bergfried house for skiing. We felt very comfortable in the house, it is lovingly furnished and offers a lot of space. The quality of stay is particularly high in the living area on the ground floor. The ski bus stops right in front of the door and takes you to the "CityXpress" valley station in Zell am See in 10 minutes, but unfortunately does not run that often. Maximum every 30 minutes, normally every hour. There were two small drops of wormwood in the house: The bathroom on the top floor had had water damage (given the stains on the ceiling in the bathroom directly below on the first floor) for a long time. It actually dripped from the ceiling on the 1st floor when you used the shower up there. The second point of criticism: The booked final cleaning is made rather superficial, especially the cleanliness in the cupboards in the kitchen on the ground floor left a lot to be desired.
