Tolles Haus. Sehr gut und modern eingerichtet, auch Küche hat ausreichend große Kochutensilien. Riesiger Tisch und etwas kleinerer Tisch für draußen. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Talblick und Balkon, tolles Kinderschlafzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer schaut direkt auf den Hang untehalb der Straße und das letzte Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Kellerfenster. Haus hat viele Treppen, da am Hang. Zusätzlich zur Beschreibung kleine Handtücher für die 3 WCs mitnehmen, Seife für die 3 Waschbecken mitnehmen, Saunahandtücher mitnehmen (jeder Gast hat ein kl. + 1 mittleres Handtuch), Senseo-Pads mitbringen, da Kaffepadmaschine vorhanden. Bei Bedarf &gt&gtscharfe&lt&lt Messer und Weizengläser mitbringen. Hausschuhe nicht vergessen. Zum Wandern sollte man Anfahrt rechnen, da Haus unten in Wald tief auf 900 hm (außer schöner Wanderweg auf Gernkogel direkt vom Haus). Die Täler sind alle sehr lang Hüttentaxi, Lift oder Fahrrad erleichtert das Gipfelerlebnis. Viele Outdoor-Aktivitäten im Sportgeschäft in 2 min. Entfernung. Bachers Stüberl ist ein Super Schnitzelrestaurant.
