I have used Chalets Plus to rent accommodation for winter sports for several years and have always been very satisfied, Unfortunately, due to corona, my reservation was canceled, However, Chalets Plus was easily accessible by phone to answer my questions about refunds, and in the end, the entire amount was refunded, They truly provide top-notch service!
