Tucked into the southern village of Wald im Pinzgau, this charming 95 m² detached chalet is a welcoming base for up to eight guests, surrounded by the dramatic alpine scenery of the Austrian mountains. Part of the Schöneben holiday village, it combines traditional character with a relaxed atmosphere, from the Austrian-style dining area and cosy seating space to the traditional Kachelofen tiled stove. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle and filter coffee machine, while free Wi-Fi, heating and firewood are included for a comfortable stay.
The chalet has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a double bed and bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, including one with a full-length bath, sink and toilet, and another with a shower, sink and toilet. Beds are made upon arrival for booked guests aged three and over, while bed linen and towels are included. Outside, the south-facing balcony and terrace open towards beautiful mountain views, with garden furniture providing a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the scenery. Two covered parking spaces are available, and smoking and pets are not permitted.
In winter, the chalet puts two popular ski areas within easy reach, with the Zillertal Arena and Wildkogel Arena accessible by car and a complimentary ski bus stop within 500 metres. In summer, walking trails and cycle routes begin nearby, while trips to Zell am See and surrounding villages are easy to arrange. Guests also receive free access to the Kristall outdoor swimming pool, with a ski school nearby and plenty of alpine activities to enjoy throughout the year. A washing machine is available as a shared, payable facility.
