This beautiful holiday apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located in a converted, around 450 year old farm at an altitude of around 1050 meters in Fresach in Carinthia, right in the mountains a short distance from Lake Millstatt and between the ski areas of Bad Kleinkirchheim and the Goldeck sports mountain with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The holiday apartment is simple but fully furnished and has 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The open kitchen is equipped with a hotplate and a refrigerator and the living room has a cozy, typically Austrian dining area and a TV. The house also has a large garden (shared with other guests) and sufficient parking spaces. Fresach is located in the tourist region of Lake Millstatt - Bad Kleinkirchheim - Nockberge, directly in the Alpe-Adria region and offers numerous tourist attractions and sporting activities. Lake Millstatt, also known as the jewel of Carinthia, offers a particularly idyllic, warm and southern atmosphere due to its proximity to Italy. The lake is picturesquely situated between the Carinthian Nockberge, has a water temperature of around 27 degrees and offers plenty of different beaches. Alternatively, in summer the public swimming pools in Paternion and Radenthein also offer plenty of swimming fun! The region also offers numerous hiking trails, bicycle and mountain bike tours, all kinds of events and excursion destinations and a wide range of culinary highlights.
