The farmhouse is located between Längenfeld and Sölden and not far from the main road that leads through the Ötztal. In winter, the Ötztal Arena offers a wide ski area with numerous huts for refreshments and après-ski. The farmhouse is authentically furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with all built-in appliances and a cozy living room. Right next to the house there are some horse boxes on this working farm. .
