Description
This beautiful five-bedroom villa houses 12 people and is located in Koksijde near the sea as well as the town centre. The sauna and indoor swimming pool make it an ideal home for those looking to have a relaxing summer vacation. The area's extensive nature reserves make it a paradise for cyclists and are great to explore on long walks. The sea is only 1 km away and the town centre is 2 km from here. Restaurants, nightlife, and general supplies are all within a 1 km radius of the home. If you want, the owners will heat the swimming pool for you for a fee of €100. The home is child-friendly and has two children's bed and a high chair. It also has a roof terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue.
The Oostende-Brugge International Airport is only 20 km from here and Koksijde has several light rail stations. Bookings from 24/01/2023: included in the total price, heated pool on arrival at 28°C. Please note that the administrative costs included in the final cleaning.

Communication très facile avec le propriétaire, villa magnifique et très bien agencée. Très bel espace pour un si grand nombre de personnes. Chacun y trouve son confort. Équipements de cuisine en suffisance. Très pratique. Il faisait froid la semaine où nous y étions, mais la villa est très bien chauffée. À savoir la chambre du rez-de-chaussée (4 lits) donne directement sur la piscine et n'a pas de fenêtre (si ce n'est une fenêtre de toit dans la salle de bain adjacente).

Very easy communication with the owner, magnificent villa and very well arranged. Very nice space for so many people. Everyone finds his comfort. Kitchen equipment in sufficient quantity. Very convenient. It was cold the week we were there, but the villa is very well heated. Namely the room on the ground floor (4 beds) directly overlooks the pool and has no window (if it is a roof window in the adjacent bathroom).

Goed onderhouden, duurzame materialen, we zouden er kunnen blijven wonen. 10 minuutjes te voet naar het strand!

Well-maintained, sustainable materials, we could continue to live there. 10 minutes on foot to the beach!
