Holiday Home in Waimes with Sauna & Bubble Bath

Large group weekends near Waimes usually revolve around long walks through the High Fens followed by evenings that somehow end around the fireplace far later than planned, and this spacious Ardennes home is perfectly set up for exactly that rhythm. Sleeping up to 28 guests across 13 bedrooms, the property combines wellness comforts, games spaces, and outdoor adventure with enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably throughout the stay. During warmer months, afternoons naturally drift toward the terrace, barbecue, and garden while children disappear toward the play equipment and recreation room. Once temperatures cool down, the sauna, bubble bath, billiards table, and bar become the centre of the evening after cycling or hiking nearby trails. The atmosphere feels lively and social without becoming chaotic, making it especially well suited for extended family gatherings and countryside celebrations. Restaurants and supermarkets can be reached within roughly 300 metres, while Lake Robertville lies around 7 minutes away for kayaking, swimming, and lakeside walks during summer. Reinhardstein Castle sits approximately 15 minutes from the property overlooking the Warche Valley, while High Fens-Eifel Nature Park offers boardwalk hiking trails and panoramic cycling routes nearby. Fun Park Ovifat can be reached within around 13 minutes and becomes especially popular during winter for skiing and sledding activities.
