Resting in Baugnez, this is a beautiful and extremely spacious cottage with 9 bedrooms, a heating, and a relaxation area with a sauna. It is perfect to organize a get together with family and friends, a total of 28 guests. Among the points of interest in the region are the Hautes Fagnes estate and Reinhardstein chateau. Active holiday makers have many walks and bike rides waiting for them. Restaurants serving local dishes are at 500 m . You will also find a ski lift at 500 m. Supermarkets and nightlife pubs are at 3 km. If you wish to spend a day admiring nature, there is a lake at 5 km.
After returning from excursions, you can destress in the sauna. The playroom with table football and billiards equipment invites you to challenge each other for a game in leisure hours. Outdoor living can be enjoyed on the terrace and in the furnished garden with a barbecue. There are play equipment and a trampoline for children. You can bring up to 4 pets by paying an additional fee per pet.

Very friendly and helpful host. Spacious and comfortable house, excellently equiped. Ideally located, close to a forest, close to Malmédy, and still in a very quiet neighbourhood. We've spent a great long weekend with our extended family.

Wij hebben voor de familie de 2 grote huizen gehuurd en hebben enkel positieve commentaar: heel net, goed uitgerust, bijna elke kamer heeft sanitair, een mooie speelruimte op het gelijkvloers. Wij hebben de grootste living gebruikt om samen te eten en te zitten, de kleinste voor wie wat rust wou. De slaapkamergang is met elkaar verbonden, wat handig is. De vakantiewoning is prachtig gelegen voor wandelingen en toch niet te ver van winkels en van het centrum van Malmédy. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en discreet. Het was al de tweede keer dat we er op familieweekend gingen en kunnen dit verblijf alleen maar aanraden!

We have rented the 2 large houses for the family and have only positive comments: very neat, well equipped, almost every room has sanitary facilities, a nice play area on the ground floor. We used the largest living room to eat and sit together, the smallest for those who wanted some peace. The bedroom corridor is connected, which is convenient. The holiday home is beautifully situated for walks and yet not too far from shops and the center of Malmedy. The owners are very friendly and discreet. It was already the second time that we went there for a family weekend and can only recommend this stay!
