This large villa is located at 3 km from the centre of Malmedy. With restaurants 2 km away you have easy access to the local cuisines. The region offers plenty of hiking and cycling opportunities. You'll find the Francorchamps circuit and the Hautes Fagnes nature reserve at 6 km from the villa. Reinharstein Castle and Robertville Lake are 12 km away.
This villa features a living room with fireplace. There's a fully equipped kitchen, with a dining table for up to 18 people. De villa is ruim, smaakvol ingericht en zeer netjes bij aankomst.
De keuken heeft een degelijke uitrusting, er zijn voldoende badkamers, comfortabele bedden.
Het terras heeft een mooi uitzicht op de ruime tuin met speeltoestellen.
De kinderen genoten van het spel in de kelders van het huis. ping- pong, tafelvoetbal,...

Prima te vinden met gps. Mooie omgeving. Heel mooi groot huis.echt van alles voorzien. Alleen hong er vooral smorgens en savonds een sterke geur in het huis. Denken zelf vanuit de kelder. Een bloemkool geur. Verder prima gezellig huis!
