This beautiful house is situated in a magnificent location 7 km from the center of Francorchamps. It is attached to the holiday home Les Bastinettes (B 02145). The village of Moulin du Ruy is 15 km west of Stavelot. From the house, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the forests and the village of Moulin du Ruy. The house is spacious, very comfortable, and furnished in a very original style. The colors, layout, and furniture—nothing has been left to chance. You have a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and the house features a wood-burning stove to enhance your evenings. A ground-floor bedroom is specially adapted for people with reduced mobility, accessible by wheelchair, with a shower and sink.
The house has a large outdoor area with two terraces (150 m² and 40 m²) equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a ping-pong table. Parking is available very close to the house. Communal gym with professional equipment (Technogym), access €10/session.
The property is accessible for wheelchair users and equipped with wall support handles for guests with reduced mobility.

Habe sofort wieder gebucht! Abende am Holzofen waren gemütlich, während die Kinder im Garten spielten. Die Sauna war nach den Wandertagen auch eine tolle Erfrischung!

As soon as I arrived, the nice kitchen caught my attention. The spacious layout allowed me to unwind easily after long drives. The location is perfect for visiting nearby Stavelot.

Der Urlaub war einerseits super, aber das Wetter und die Umgebung für einen Urlaub mit pubertären Kindern eher ungeeignet. Da war dann das Haus mit Sauna, Pool und Billard echt sehr gut und wir konnten uns alle erholen!
