Verkeerde (kleiner) appartement gekregen ten opzichte van de verkregen foto's en bevestiging. Contact opgenomen met de helpdesk (chat) op dinsdag 15 april, maar deze konden geen deftige informatie geven om contact op te nemen bij de klantendienst.
